If, after diligently utilizing our Business Consultation Services and fully implementing our recommendations for the agreed-upon duration, you do not generate at least 5x ROI in additional verifiable gross revenue or cost savings directly attributable to our guidance, we will provide you with a 100% refund of service fee.

- Diligent Implementation: Taking proactive steps to implement the advised strategies and recommendations throughout the service period.
- Consistent Weekly Reporting: The client is required to submit comprehensive weekly progress reports to [Your Designated Email/Platform] detailing actions taken, challenges faced, and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the agreed-upon goals (e.g., sales figures, marketing spend, specific cost reductions). Failure to submit consistent and complete weekly reports may void eligibility for a refund.

This documentation must demonstrate a comparison between an established baseline period (prior to our engagement) and the service engagement period. - Comparative Profit & Loss (P&L) statements covering both the baseline and service periods.
- Detailed sales reports or transaction logs from your Point-of-Sale (POS) system, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, or e-commerce platform.

Definition of “Additional Verifiable Gross Revenue or Cost Savings”:
This refers to an increase of $5,000 or more in your business’s total gross revenue, or a reduction of $5,000 or more in verifiable business operating costs (or a combination thereof), directly attributable to the strategies and recommendations provided by [Your Business Name]. The baseline for measuring this increase or reduction will be established and agreed upon at the commencement of our services.
Refund Process:
